I was surprised by how quickly my order arrived! Everything was packed really well, and the tracking updates worked just like they should. Super easy experience from start to finish. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Return thing got fixed fast"
I had a problem with a return, quick they got it sorted out. Was a bit annoying at first, but in the end it all worked fine.

"Surprisingly helpful customer service"
I’ll be honest, I was kind of suspicious at first because customer service usually makes everything harder than it needs to be. But they actually got back to me quickly, answered my questions without giving me the runaround, and didn’t make it a hassle. Felt like they really did want to help, which was a nice surprise. 5 stars from me.

I checked around a bit, and the prices here were better than most of the other places I looked. The part showed up without any issues, so what’s not to like? For what I needed, it was definitely worth it

"Helpful techs, but the wait made me nervous"
The techs clearly knew what they were doing and were helpful once they got back to me. My only issue was the slow replies, when something isn’t working, I really don’t want to risk losing time or having the problem get worse while I’m waiting. Overall, good support, just wish the response time was faster.
